ZenDesk is a CRM that is awesome. I use it to run my entire Entrepreneur Lab Support Center and I could not be happier with it. If you are just getting started, simple email support is free and easy but once you start supporting multiple products and a higher volume of customers email is not reliable enough and that is when you should consider a system like ZenDesk.
